Stratford Utility E-Billing

Stratford Utility e-billing is our first step in offering a range of services to residents. Residents can now sign up to receive their Stratford Utility bill electronically.

Once registered for e-billing, residents can view their bill online Image of a computer screen with Town logo and word E-billing on the screenand choose to pay their Stratford Utility bill by credit card online through the same portal.

Other means of paying for your Stratford Utility bill include: 

  • Through your personal online banking with any chartered bank or in-person at any chartered bank
  • Online credit card payment (must be registered for E-billing with the Town of Stratford)
  • In-person during office hours at Stratford Town Centre
  • After hours, cheques can be dropped off in a sealed envelope using the black mailbox located on the building outside of our main office doors
  • Mail in a cheque to:
