We are seeking a qualified and motivated Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
• Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and questions
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
• 5 years of experience in HR coordination/management or related role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
